Bitterorangen "zum Einkochen/für Marmelade" lose - per kg -

Bitterorangen schmecken deutlich herb und säuerlich mit intensivem, leicht bitterem Zitrusaroma. Das Fruchtfleisch ist fest und sehr aromatisch, roh kaum genießbar. Besonders ist der hohe Gehalt an Bitterstoffen und ätherischen Ölen in der Schale, die beim Erhitzen ihr volles Aroma entfalten. Sie eignen sich vor allem zum Einkochen, für Orangenmarmelade, Gelee, Sirup oder zum Aromatisieren von Speisen und Getränken.
